Industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants generate large
quantities of a by-product called waste activated sludge that is
extremely costly to dispose of.   
 
Paradigm’s core product, MicroSludge, significantly reduces the quantity
of sludge for disposal and enables efficient extraction of renewable
energy and valuable biochemicals.  

MicroSludge increases production of biomethane by enhancing the
performance of anaerobic digesters that are employed at many wastewater
treatment plants.  

MicroSludge is modular and can be easily deployed at existing wastewater
treatment plants to significantly enhance the rate and efficiency of
anaerobic digestion, thereby reducing plant capital and operating costs,
as well as greenhouse gas emissions.

MicroSludge can also be used to enhance the performance of aerobic digesters.
